Workplace Wellness
We believe storytelling holds the power to positively impact lives.
The award-winning Creative Coping Toolkit (CCT) is a film and evidence-based mental health literacy program that bridges the gap between employers/employees, parents/caregivers, and youth.
We believe film-based education effectively reaches the masses and empowers individuals to seek help, understand benefits, and communicate empathetically while enhancing productivity, performance, and connection. By addressing behavioral health, we aim to reduce loneliness, addiction, and suicide to impact healthcare positively.
Sharing new programs with your employees can be challenging; we're here to make it easy.
Working with hundreds of businesses worldwide, iMPACTFUL's easy-to-navigate Creative Coping Toolkit (CCT) integrates well into existing systems or can be a great standalone. Our dedicated Engagement Team provides communication and marketing materials year-round to address your every need, and our Engagement and Reporting Tool provides measurable insight into your community. Let's make an impact together.
The Film Programs Inside Our CCT
Our award-winning film and evidence-based programs educate on complex topics and include empowering strategies and practical tips on supporting positive mental health by addressing anxiety, online safety, bullying, resilience, loneliness, addiction, connection, and belonging.
By interweaving personal stories with expert perspectives, diversity and inclusion experts, and HR, we can strengthen the bond between employee and employer relationships while educating them and their families to better navigate benefits.
We know that investing in mental health and wellness makes sense.
Depression and anxiety conditions cost the global economy $1 trillion a year, pre-Covid. The WHO estimates that a $1 investment in the treatment of depression and anxiety yields a $4 return.
